How can I solve the connection problem to run titan viewer?

Dear, I’m writing to you regarding the Titan Viewer. I tried to use many times it and always appears the same error message “retry: error in the internet connection…” I tried to run it in diffetent PC in which the antivirus and firewall were disconnected and I achieved the same result. Is it a problem of the page ? Do I need a special permissión to use it ? Do I have to configuring something in the PC to run the tool?

Dear Leandro,
Unfortunately the Titan Viewer tool is under revision at the moment. It will be live and running again within the next few weeks.
