This code solve for the nonlinear diffusion problem
dh/dt = div( f(h) grad(h) )
where
f(h) = k / ( 1 - ( c_max -1 ) / c_max * min(1, |grad(h)| / S_c )^n ) ) )
k is the diffusivity constant, S_c is the tangent of the critical slope and c_max is the maximum value of the non-linear coefficient that multiply k.
The script run_code_simple.m create a synthetic cone, initialize all the parameters for the simulation and start the simulation.
