I have a tool which the admin has installed but I have not yet published. I'm wondering how I can allow VHub users (that I decide) to gain access to the tool for testing/feedback purposes?

I remember on the very first tool creation page there was a entry for "Developers" that usernames could be entered into, however I can't seem to find a similar page now that the tool has been created. I've also tried adding users as "Contributors" under the Tool Description Page but they still don't have permissions to access the tool.
