| Description: | Geological Risk and Hazard in Argentina: Impact in the vulnerable society This session seeks contributions that present geological and volcanological studies and their hazards to societies and ecosystems involving active and ancient volcanoes. The aim of the session is to promote discussion on hazard assessment and risk mitigation. Papers on Andean active volcanoes are particularly welcome.
