We are currently accepting all forms of code for our 2024 CryoCode Workshop. This workshop will work to identify common tools and code in the community to build more polished packages and tools.
There are a few ways of sharing you code with the community.
Resources on Ghub are user-submitted pieces of content that range from video presentations to publications to simulation tools. In this case, you can submit your code as a standalone file or Github link that would be stored as a citable Resource on Ghub.
Requires Ghub membership.
Files are user-submitted pieces of content that are submitted directly to this group. In this case, you can submit your code as a standalone file to the group, but it would not be citable.
We require these to include documentation within the code with your name and email.
Requires Ghub membership
3) Submit your GitHub repository link:
If you do not want to make a Ghub account, but would like to share code, please submit your link via the form below
The repository does not need to be public, but you will need to share access with us in order for it to be usable.
