Documentation

GHub provides functionality for computation, data access, and collaboration. We document some of its capabilities here.

Running and developing tools

Jupyter notebook tips and examples can be found in the Notebooks directory of the running tool. For more:

Dataset access

GHub's collaborators at University at Buffalo Center for Computational Research are excited to host the ISMIP6 data release. Data stored at CCR can now be accessed using Globus endpoints; please contact us for details and to set up access.

Your Dashboard

The GHub dashboard provides easy entry to computational tools and environments, and documentation.

To get started, sign in to GHub and access your Dashboard, by clicking Logged In, then clicking Dashboard in the pop-up menu. This gives you easy access to your own tool sessions, submitted tickets, user profile, projects, documentation, and more.

Missing Dashboard modules? Access your Dashboard, then "Add Modules", to make a new one available.

Using collaborative features

These HUBzero documentation links will get you up and running with GHub's collaborative features:
